The holiday rush is in full swing, and I’m fully booked for December! For those with appointments this month, please double-check your schedule to ensure there are no conflicts and that you can attend as planned.
Cancellation Policies
As my books are full, I’ll be strictly enforcing my cancellation policies:
- 48-hour notice is required for haircuts.
- 72-hour notice is required for color services.
Please do not come in if you are feeling sick—I need to stay healthy to continue serving everyone. You can review the full cancellation policy on my website.
Waitlist Options
If you missed the opportunity to book for this time, don’t fret, add yourself to my waitlist. The more flexible you are, the easier it will be to fit you in. However, I highly recommend booking your next appointment now, even if it’s after the holidays, to secure your spot.
Unexpected Updates
I’ve recently experienced the sudden loss of a close family member and will also be undergoing a medical procedure during this busy time. While I’m doing my best to accommodate everyone—working extra hours and even on my days off—I ask for your patience and understanding during this period.
